The hotel is nice. room is clean and comfy. The lawn is beautiful and they have space for kids to play. And the food is amazing. The staff is very supportive and helpfulHighly recommend this place for family! Happy with my stay!
A Decent cozy property situated in a peaceful locality. Cleanliness is good. Staff is courteous. It's a Villa converted into a Inn. Stay was comfortable.
Our stay of 2 days in Room #3 was marred by constant hammering and banging due to on-going construction and obnoxious diesel and paint smells. Inside the room, intercom phone & Geyser was not working (so no hot water). In the bathroom toilet paper stand broken. However caretaker Kishen was resposive to our complaints and did what best he could. General cleanliness standard low. We insisted for deduction in room rent charges due to above deficiencies and paid 20% less. Overall uncomfortable room and bathroom fittings.
You can get fooled by the presentation and the looks of the property. The service was terrible. The receptionist knew nothing and was not coordinating with us. We had to wait for an hour for a bottle of water. After asking repeatedly the staffs were using profane languages about us behind our back. The bedsheet had stains in it as evident from the picture. We paid extra for a mattress only to get after repeated phone calls. Please avoid this property if you want a hassle free stay, else pay 2000-3000 only to feel unwelcomed.
I went in Oct 23. The room were not clean. The wardrobe are broken and shabby. Bathroom is not clean and you will find lot of cockroach. They serve breakfast only after 8:30 am Not at all recommended for family.
