The property is decent. I stated here for three days and I fell sick due to low or no water intake. They offer only 500 ml water per adult per day. For extra they expect you to call and order it. Still they would bring only 500 ml bottle again. So you call them 10+ times a day for water only. I think they can do better if they care.

Nous sommes satisfaits des services de l'hotel. L'accueil a ete chaleureux. Le responsable du restaurant est tres gentille car il a su preparer les menus africains pour nous. Il est le meilleur du personnel de l' hotel car il nous a considere comme sa famille. La qualite du service etait impeccable. Il est toujours disponible pour nous. Je demande au PDG de l' hotel de le garder jalousement car il faut marcher l'hotel. Il est formidable. Je vais pour cela en ma qualite du Chef de projet, a nos partenaires de reserver les chambres ici pour l'arrivee des autres equipes de notre projet. I feel sick staying here. This is due to less water intake. They offer only 1ltr water a day complementary. Everytime you feel thirsty water is not around and they expect you to call and order it every time you need it. So I should be calling ten times a day for water. DM folks, You are great at your service if yiu care about us you should know that on an average a person should drink 8 Ltrs of water everyday. I may check in again after 6 weeks. Would love to experience a better service. With high hopes! Over to you if you care else, you may ignore this.

The worst room for such a price. The AC didn't work the whole time I stayed. The wifi signal in the room was very weak, it couldn't even load my WhatsApp messages, forget using it for work, even after complaint no solution was provided. The headboard was dirty including the bed spread. Only good thing was the location and nothing else. I don't recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the De Mandarin Hotel, Bangalore. From the moment I arrived Mr. Aldrin and his team went above and beyond, surpassing all my expectations to make my stay a thoroughly enjoyable experience. My room was extremely clean and comfortable with a balcony. The room was well equipped with A/C, a TV, hairdryer, safe and tea and coffee facilities. I had breakfast and dinner at the rooftop restaurant where I enjoyed a continental breakfast each morning teamed with beautifully lightly spiced chai and freshly made juice. In the evening I had an Ayurvedic meal. The chefs and kitchen team are highly knowledgeable in their field and are exceptional in the kitchen. I cannot thank them enough for taking care of me. With its attentive and courteous staff including the reception team, housekeeping, maintenance, waiters, chefs and kitchen team, back office and management - the De Mandarin hotel has rapidly become my number one choice for accommodation whenever I travel to the area, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable stay. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well kept. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff for their efforts. Mr. Aldrin, the manager was kind to us and helped us with our queries. Highly recommend this place

It was a pleasant ambience and staff were all very friendly and nice! Breakfast every morning felt like home here! Nice place to stay for family and friends with a friendly neighbourhood!!

Location is okay of you want near to BIEC, hotel is situated around main residential locality. 500metrers and you feel like coming into other place. Decent breakfast, clean room, bad bathroom,. This hotel is on 50-50 for me.
