Staff are well behaved and helpful. Room alloted to me was bit sabby but most of the rooms are in good shape. The food was good. Overall it's a good place to stay.

I booked a room at this hotel by Agoda for one night for three members. The booking experience was superb. I checked in early. They charged me Rs.500 of early check-in charges. The room was super and ambience was so good. They provided all the amenities they didn't provided any soap or amenities. The provided the complimentary breakfast which is free and delicious and also hygienic they maintain the room very clean, every thing is fine but they didn't provide any water bottle in the room for us and the staff behaviour was good but the telephone in the room is not working. Overall it is good to stay at this hotel.

I would definitely rate 0 The first question the management asked while checking in was do you think you could get a room in the budget of 1100 in kakinada i was just wondering what is the point of putting low prices in oyo and again demanding higher rate while checkin may be its a business technique I guess. With that said management will provide a room without AC & mug & smelly bed sheets if you don't pay more amount than what oyo app ask you to pay and there is a bonus there is no cancellation with this property if you paid it prior to check in and no one will care for you if you ask for anything until unless you pay the amount they have requested at the time of check in. To conclude please stay in this so called De alphabet if you have sleep insomnia and don't want to sleep all night and enjoy requesting the management for all the min amenities and complaining to customer care about the missing amenities. There is no luxury in this luxurious hotel until unless you pay the amount greater than what oyo is showing.

I always prefer to stay at this hotel in kakinada. The staff is really great and helpful. Rooms are cleaned daily and reception service is great. A must stay for budget friendly hotel lovers.

We have stayed in this hotel for 2 days every one treated us very well .... Except one lady receptionist she has asked us too much questions that tooo we both are girls I hated that behaviour...
