Room is very small not worth for 2600 even dental kit or shampoo also not provided , tv not working , service is worst don't book this hotel high cost and no service

Poorly managed hotel, Staff does not speak any other language than Tamil, even if they know Hindi or English they keep speaking in Tamil. Rooms are so small that it appears they end as soon as you open the door. Location is a bit inside from road into the lanes. Which is not safe for ladies , one stranger followed one of my female friend while walking to the hotel and stopped her. We could not complain to hotel management since they are in no mood to listen anything in English or Hindi. Felt frustrated and helpless. AC makes so much noise that you won't start it, even if you start it it works like a fan does not really cool the room, I put the AC on 17 c and it was still feeling like 27 c, it was a nightmare to live with that heat, when I complained about this they just ignored the request by saying that they will send someone to check who never arrived. Never book this hotel instead pay 500 rs extra to get a better hotel. I had stayed in another hotel in Porur which had a proper 4 star hotel experience for 2 adults 1 room at 2100 at Grand residence Porur, I had to change hotel since I could not extend one more there due to unavailability. This hotel charged me 1400 for delux room of 1 person and the room was like 8*4 feet with dirty bedsheet and towels. Water in bathroom was salty. Can't even wash your face. I had booked this hotel for 1 day but I left in 10 hours. Worst experience of my life , this will also imprint an image of Chennai in my memory.

Somehow good Room booked thro Makemytrip app. Above market rate. Feel of cheating by that travel App.

Enjoyed the great service and the quiet location of the stay

Had a worst experience. I have booked a room throught agoda 3 days before the actual check-in. I reached the property on the day of check-in, night around 11pm. To my shock when I asked for check-in process the guy in reception asked me to wait and contacted the manager. Then I was told that all rooms are already occupied by a single customer for a marriage event. I told them I booked 3 days ago with payment upfront. I was cornered and left with no option. when I contacted agoda. They said this property doesn't have correct contact number. I shared them which they have sticked in their wall, but that number is not picking calls when agoda executive tried it. I was a terrible experience. If you are planning to book rooms and that is during any muhurtham please check for an alternate property. They might give it for a bigger deal and without even notifying us.

Rooms very neat and clean however it turned to be very expensive.. I had to check in early but was charged 300 extra. When I wanted to extend the charge was way too expensive where it was 2000 for a day.

The location is not accessible and service is also not very well. Pictures were of a bigger room they gave me a small room even after 2 hours ac not working no ventilation late night then I got the room changed. Very high price as compared to the rooms and service

Very compact room. They wont provide even a water bottle, no breakfast, booking cost is very high. Rooms are not clean. The hotel is far from main road.
