Great gym, worth your money,good trainers and equipments Update: after 6+ months The gym is still good for beginners as well as for experienced gym goers. They have 3 trainers to help you with any doubts you have while doing your workouts and also provide good personal training.

I joined this gym for a month in july and I was very disappointed with my experience. The equipment's which are very few in itself are not maintained at all. There were cobwebs on all machines and some were broken. After a month itself I stopped. A gym has to be well lit and well maintained or atleast clean for optimum performance. This was total negligence.

Hi friends.. I would like to write a review about this Gym. Seeing some really amazing results with my trainer. Lost 5 Kgs in 1 month and started looking really lean. Amazing place to workout.Try it if you wish to shed down some weight. The best gym with best trainer,and awesome ambience with drinking water availability. Highly experienced and professional trainers and friendly staff. They have excellent quality equipments and are all maintained at high quality. Everything for complete beginners to professional body builders to train are available.The trainers are very friendly and always help out in your routines. They also give professional advices to maintain your physical health and have regular body composition analysis tests and suggest exercises suited for our level. All in all, a great place to work out. Vale of money is making a worth spending here.Cheers!
