Have repaired 2 coffee bean machine here. The work is very satisfactory. We have also purchased their adrak pudina/adrak elaichi chai whicis in their remix brand. The taste of both chai is awesome and the preparation is also very simpler with same taste anytime anywhere. The company is also deals into various coffee beans and you can enjoy the coffee as per your taste They are the experts into any coffee beans machine repair and you will never be disappointed by their services and professional relationships.

Beware- this company is fraud. They take the coffee machines for repair and never return it back, they blocked my number & vanished. Encourage you to not to transact with this fraudster company

Great service, value for money and above all is the humble experience with Prashant bhai (Owner), i went to drop my machine off for repairs and we chatted for about an hour, he's a coffee connoisseur himself. All in all a wonderful experience dealing with and satisfaction of work. Their tea brand remix serves a delicious taste without being recognised as a instant tea.

Hello The company has send me a broken coffee machine. Worst seller, i am amazed how could someone give the company good rating. Fraud big time.

Very unprofessional. Damaged by imported coffee machine. When confronted, they were non responsive. Even their owner Mr Prashant is very rude. They also proved to be thieves since upon checking the machine upon recieving it back, many parts were missing like temparature wand, water filter etc. No response to any mails till date. They even refused to accept the legal notice proving their fault.

Honestly the best! The team as well. They're extremely transparent. They are very clear about the charges including shipping. They give regular updates as well. Despite the lockdown they were able to procure parts for my machine. Thank you team De Brewerz.

I had just recently contacted de Brewers for a service to repair my coffee machine. Initially the response was very active and they would take every call of mine. After I paid them a service fee online, they ended up making excuses of manpower not being present and it's been a month and I haven't recieved any service whatsoever nor are they willing to refund me back!!! And the worst is they never pick up your calls anymore. It seems like a genuine business online but in actuality they seem fraudulent. They are not responding at all and I'm left helpless. I don't know about there other positive reviews but as a consumer I would advice another consumer to avoid such services!!

First Review: I sent a coffee machine (Nespresso) for repair on behalf of my company. They said the machine is obsolete and spares would cost more than the cost of machine. We didnt proceed with it. Asked them to return the machine, they do not respond immediately. You have to call them as many times as possible for them to answer your call. Mr. Dhanraj was the person i was dealing with. After infinite follow ups, they send the machine back, and guess what they send someone else machine and now they do not pick up calls. They get paid upfront for everything, service, courier charges and the experience we had is a night mare. Second Review Now after my first review i get messages from Mr. Dhanraj to delete the review or else my issue wont get sorted. Which service provider threatens their customer? Pls do not send machines to them for service / repair. See my text exchange with Mr. Dhanraj. I see a reply and i am being told there is nothing offensive from your sales team. Here i have the whatsapp conversation attached. Mr. Dhanraj, literally says unless i remove this review he wont be interested to listen to my issues. If this is not offensive, i dont know what to call this.
