Updated review, customer service is better than before, but still seems understaffed.

We went here to get it done our child's food intolerance test! Unfortunately staffs didn't have any clue about it. But they talked to the concerned department and patiently collected blood sample of my child. We have charged INR 7700 which is the same for other labs we checked with like thyrocare and all. When the result came out we realised only 57 food items have been checked whereas for other labs with the same price 217 tests will be performed. It clearly indicates DDRC is overpriced compared to other labs. Afterall we felt cheated as this has not been communicated to us that the number of food items will be checked though we asked! One more disliked factor is, they do not provide a soft copy of the result and we will be asked to collect from the lab itself. Overall I can sense a greedy management here who has a pathetic service culture!

Good Service. Sufficient space for parking vehicles.

Good laboratory. Only problem is that for certain tests they send the same to their cochin lab, so it takes some time for the results to come. The staffs are all helpful. Recommended

They are not allowed to sugar tests, reason is we take food at 1 .30 pm, we reach here at 6 . 35 pm. So they are not allow to test RBS. And Very bad behavior.
