An oasis in the midst of the hustle-bustle of downtown Mapusa. Named after a legend who played an important role in the liberation of Goa from its erstwhile colonial ruler. The walking track along the perimeter of garden along with a clean washroom add tremendously to the utility of the garden. There's paid parking available just a hop, skip and jump away at the taxi stand. Lots of options around to fuel your body and your wheels!
Very clean and cool place to stay while you are waiting for evening BUS from Goa/Mapusa. i have used it for 4 hours as my stay until the bus arrives.
Newly Renovated!!! Love it, has a multipurpose court (Badminton/Volleyball) to play. Short track for walking. Ample of space and good sitting arrangements. Note: Toilet facility available. Usually parking around the park would be an issue, but can park the vehicle near taxi stand and a short walk.

Nice place for morning and evening walk and also for children to play. Water fountain is also good. Located in heart of mapusa city most of the things are very close to taxi stand, bus stand, walking distance to the market and most of hotels are nearby.
Good places for 1 to 2 hrs stay before Bus Boarding
It's very well maintained park. It has sitting space on all sides, it houses a badminton court and a stage.the grass is green and soft to sit. There is a Christmas tree at the centre of the park. Enjoyed time here.
