Their staff seem to be untrained and unprofessional. I'm not sure if they are even certified or not. I went there for hair straightening and girl didn't use any heat protectant, didn't section out my hair and started using straightener on high on big chunks of hair. Bad experience with of-course full cost of money with no professionalism.
Unprofessional behaviour by the staff . As per mandi standards the people might find it decent but for me it is below average . When i went there they had bridal makeups going on Sorry to say this but brides were looking pathetic. I waited for 30 mins and after 30 mins they gave me a lame excuse that we are super busy They should have conveyed this before making a customer wait . Unprofessional, rude Better go to some other salon where time of client is valued .

The best possible parlor in mandi town. The staff is humble and so are the owners. Bit expensive but worth it. They know your face and what will suit on you. Best in bridal makeup. You get all kind of services here from basic threading to diamond and platinum facials.
