Watched your video but that's not the professional way of talking, If you don't know that the food is allowed or not allowed for cameramen by the groom side, then it's your responsibility to ask it and according to Indian law, any 1 star to 7 star hotel can say no for water or washroom to any citizen. So please learn some business ethics.

They are just good for nothing, just check out how the manager behaves with staff in the viral video, irrespective of who they are pointing fingers and getting angry is litreally the things one doesn't do in hospitality industry. When they have such a management which doesn't care of such arrogant managers then why should people spend money on them.?

What a Shame ! Entire hotel video is doing rounds on Social media for Stopping Cameraman from consuming Water & Food at Function at this so called Hotel! ! ! Manager & Staff involved in this incident will pay the huge cost for de-moralizing the hotel industry standards. Mark my words .

Read it before you booking it... As I'm writing this review while still staying in the Hotel. 1. Service - 0/5 ( Worst service ever experienced in life ) Expect delay of 20 mins for each request and remind them multiple times to get things done. 2. Cleanliness - 1/5 - My first room was reeking of Urinal smell and i had to change my room due to this but today morning even reception area was reeking of same smell. People work for name sake and staffs are just good with words instead of taking actions. carpet on pathway, Swimming pool and near by longue are cleaned eons back... facilities are just in photos of websites... 3. Food - 1/5 - Morning breakfast very limited choices and taste is terrible - Sambar was just a hot water mixed with salt and chilli powder & Restaurant decor was so depressing I had to use Room service to get my Food in Room I found peas , coriander and corn in my Fried rice which means some amateur is cooking food instead of proper chef. 4. Internet & TV - If you are looking for office travel kindly avoid this hotel cuz Net speed sucks big time ( in my booking they had mentioned hi speed internet) & TV - this is common issue still after sometime channels go to please subscribe mode. While here I'm staying i feel like when this horrible experience gonna end and Leave back to my home One good thing about Hotel is it will make you think that how better others hotels are doing for the same price along with good service.

Best hotel in Panipat city, front desk staff is really professional. Breakfast buffet is also good , you can order food as per your liking. Had a great experience overall

Very rude staff, don't organise any party here they will misbehave with ur guest. Poor food quality and dirty rooms

Pathetic Supervisors and Managers. Very Money Minded Hotel. Unfortunately the only option I had near to marriage venue was Days Hotel, I had booked 15 rooms for 2 nights and 3 Functions with them, however this hotel is only Money Minded, rude , misbehaving and not cooperative. We requested for 2 pillows for mehandi function, they wasted 2 hours and said No. Can u imagine could not arrange a pillow. For every small need you have they will say you NO in bold letters and waste your time and energy. Very disrespectfully they removed the breakfast when they were serving in the plate and was trying to make chargeable order. Inspite of having 15 rooms, Haldi Pool Paid party, they were harassing and embarrassing me and my guest to pay 30000 for pool usage in middle of the party. I have never heard this before that if you are staying in the room you have to pay for the pool. The junior serving staff is good very caring and serve everyone but managers and all top staff is very very disappointing. Rooms were not cleaned even after calling them so many times. They dont have house keeping staff after 5pm. Daily room cleaning wasnt done. Forcefully made me pay for a function which i did not confirm. Food is good however charge is double then the market. Trust me they are just taking benefit of your situation as there are not much options in Panipat.

I couldn't give negative to service as the option not there. Third class is better word to service. They don't give damn to customer req moreover they don't revert on emails. Hair in tea tray and cup
