Beautiful meadow but if you are pro trekker amd want to go for good treck. I don't recommend dayara . But if you want to chill out with your friends and family. Yess go for dayara.. have fun and light trek of 9 to 10km.

Before the heavy snowfall, around December can be a great time to visit this place as it will be easier to hike but still see quite a lot of snow after reaching the bugyal.

Dayara Bugyal is a Bugyal (Himalayan Alpine Meadow) in the Uttarkashi district of Uttarakhand. Dayara Bugyal is a popular Trekking and Camping Destination. The Bugyal has an average elevation of 3639m and is around 40 km from Uttarkashi. Dayara Bugyal is nestled between the Deodar and Rhododendron trees and is rich in flora and fauna. Dayara Bugyal is also a destination for trekking as well as camping. In spring, there is contrast of greenery of the grasslands and red and pink rhododendrons. In winters, the Bugyal turns into snow land with capability of skiing and snow activities. The trek is open throughout the year except the monsoon. Views of the Garhwal Himalayas, including Nanda Devi, Bandarpunch and Swargarohini, can be seen from Dayara Bugyal.
if u just seen switzerland in photos..nd can't afford to go there..then come dayara bugyal.. situated in district uttarkashi, uttarakhand.. the trek start from 2 villages..one is raithal nd other one is barsu.. u can trek from both villages.. its about 7-8km trek ..
