Dayal Gateway - Hotel in Lucknow - Lucknow, India

Loved my stay here. Nice rooms, super spacious, clean bathroom and linen, and the breakfast has various options. The restaurant was also lovely. The general lobby interiors is weirdly gaudy/trying to roman? But that doesn't matter so much i guess. No gym though. Happy to stay here and recommend!

When you book a venue for the big event of your life, you don't want to run for every small detail. No one stepped up to take the responsibility of our hospitality, very casual attitude. We had booked 20 rooms and had to reach out for every small thing. It's definitely not one of those places where you can book the place and be relaxed about it, a big 'No' for events.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent ring ceremony program held on October 25th, for which we booked 20 rooms at your establishment. During this event, several guests parked two to three cars near the hotel for ease of managing guest pickup and drop-offs. However, it was evident that the parking arrangements near the hotel were inadequate for our event's requirements. Furthermore, some of our guests encountered challenges accessing basic amenities such as water, with inconsistent service experienced across the rooms. Despite repeated requests, certain rooms did not promptly receive the essential amenity of water, resulting in an inconvenience for our attendees. Moreover, the main course provided during the event failed to meet our expectations in terms of quality and service, which was regrettable.

My stay at Dayal Gateway was a sublime experience. The luxurious room offered panoramic views and ample space. The restaurant's culinary creations were a symphony of flavors, while the elegant decor and serene ambiance enhanced relaxation. The strategic location facilitated easy exploration of Lucknow. The genuine hospitality of the staff, from warm welcome to attentive assistance, was truly remarkable. Dayal Gateway is a pinnacle of opulence, perfect for travelers seeking unforgettable luxury.

Attended a wedding here. The place is huge and well located but the food was subpar in taste ( in the wedding) although they charged a premium amount from the host. I would recommend people not to go for it if you really know the importance of food at weddings. If you are someone who likes pomp and show and is not concerned with the food then go for it.

The Location and Ambience was only Good .....The Food quality was below average for this stature of the hotel. Participated in a Business Expo at the Hotel but the food they provided was not up to the mark. The ACs in the expo area did not start till someone used sources and contacted the owner.

The place is good looking with the worst service staff crawling liked ants but you don't get what you have ordered. Don't go for a buffet. Otherwise, you don't have an option rather than regret a roadside. dhabha is better than this hotel when you think about service . Synonyms to bad experience !

The place is located just around the market area. The rooms are very nice and big. We had 2 single beds with all other amenities like tv, fridge, kettle, locker, etc. The view from my room was of the flyover and it was mesmerising in the evening. You can try many famous cafes in a walking distance too. Coming to the restaurant and food, the staff was praise worthy. They made us jain food on demand. The breakfast and dinner options were amazing. The taste of each and every item was outstanding. Loved my visit and if you're looking a great luxurious hotel in the area, you must check in here!
