Good hospital,good behaviour,and toilets are very clean but pharmacy is expensive

My mom has been Dr. Gopal's patient for over 15 years and has been visiting this hospital (previously Lakshmi hospital) for periodic check ups. Over the last six months my mom had to be admitted three times due to age-related complications. Each time we were treated in a very friendly manner and this was consistent across the staff - doctors, sisters, pharmacists, cleaning staff and reception staff. We are satisfied with the treatment offered. When specialists were not available in-house, the hospital was able to bring them over for consultation. It would be great if CT Scan facility is introduced in the hospital, as it is a pain to take the patient to a Scan facility outside the hospital.

May be this is the first time I had faced a issue with a hospital. I had very bad experience visiting this worst hospital. Very pathetic. By any chance if you have any other choice please choose other hospitals , rather than going here and wasting your time and energy. You will regret especially at night , when u are in an emergency situation we tend to choose the hospital nearby I did the same mistake by choosing this hospital. Please think twice before you visit this particular hospital. They will try to loot your money than giving you a best solution or medication. Be aware . Be careful ... be safe .

Very neat and tidy Hospital near Kalmandapam. But worst behaviour nurses in night casualty (Today)

First Dr Gopal Physician is good and ethical Humanity concern person Remaining drs are visiting only. front office don't know where they are coming or not and giving appointments and making patients trouble .Low salary for employees so that we can expect that only. But management claim that Trade unions appreciated for their employees well ness from management but is base less

We also had bad experience from this hospital as my wife got admitted in last month and there main Doctor wrongly diagnosed and prescribed overdose medicines and also they have charged exorbitant rate for 1day admission. So overall with our bad experience we won't recommend to anyone this hospital .
