Good Experienced Orthopedic Department for emergencies round the clock. One of the few places in Kunnamkulam with Orthopedic OPD till night.

Poor service from the front office staff They are behaving rudely with the patients, talking like they are deciding the treatment plans .We just went to another space for treatment from the same doctor. Hospital management should take more care in training these people .

Very poor nursing services. They expect everything like emptying the urine bag etc to patients relative.

I found a well managed hospital with all the facilities delivering quality and care by well qualified doctors. I am impressed with cleanliness and treatments I recieved. Facilities like CT-SCAN, ultrasound scan, x-ray give seamless service. Thank you from bottom of my heart.

Medical counter is very poor .they are making the patient to wait for long time after paying the bill amount.

Royal Hospital,located in guruvayoor -kunnamkulam road near to indian oil petrol pump.I had visited several times here ,Very Good hospital with all facilities.especialy ENT and Dermatology department doctors are well experienced . Hospital have pharmacy and lab inside it.Staffs behaviour was also good

Replacement of eyeglass possible in kunnamkulam?

I was trying to get second dose vaccination slots at my near by hospitals and CHC , but was declined everywhere. I failed to get a vacant slot in Cowin site as well . Desperately I called up Royal Hospital, Kunnamkulam on advise of a close friend . My call was attended with warmth and I was assured a slot after my details were taken down for the following days mega vaccination drive. Today 30 th June 2021 I arrived at Royal hospital a little ahead of my allotted time along with my family members . I was received by volunteers and guided to the conference hall for vaccination after successful verification process and payment procedures with minimum delay . The arrangement was clean , meticulous and well planned. Without much delay We got our final vaccination . I also observed the way volunteers prioritized elderly people at the venue. My sincere thanks and appreciation to all the health workers and supporting staff for the care , kindness they are rendering to visitors . Truly Royal Hospital is doing a remarkable service to general people like us who cannot get priority booking for vaccination in densely populated city like Thrissur.
