The roof top bar was just amazing. And good customer service. Silent atmosphere to get chilled. BDF and sause are perfect combo for touchings

The food and drinks,Everything is good.. But when it's come to closing time the waiters want us out before 10:45pm.. this is not fare.. all other bar is also closing at the same time.. they have been waiting as long as the customers are done with their food and drinks.. but here they want to close before 10:45 .. if the closing time is 11pm...they should wait till that.. other than that everything is fine

They usually service from the hall area off the Rooftop. The private rooftop Huts were not available on service. People always demand to sit and spend there in Huts(4 Huts with occupancy of 4-5pax in each Hut). They serve beer and other alcohols as per the request. The bar Ambience was very nice. The View from the open area terrace was very good. The tables and toilets were cleaned. But the foul smell was very horrible in the toilet. They should use some naphthalene balls to avoid this.

To be frank I was searching the hotel... Near thrissur for one day stay...that time I saw this one... Definitely it's recommend you have very good parking space and friendly service and rooms are clean well maintained.

Food,drinks items are just fine, service should much better
