This kind of hospital doesn't exist anywhere. Money mongers. They will over charge you like 8000rs in advanced while we can see the bed charge on the board for 24 hrs is 1650rs and they will not let you know what are the other charges. Patient have a right to know for what they are paying they will never let u know. And never make a fake promises that the doc will be available 24/7 if they can't. It's shameless. The doc should come and greet or encourage patients not asking unnecessary questions you guys have all the reports. Never force the patient to wake up while he is unable to wake up this is ridiculous. Make sure when you(Doc) talk to patient you talk politely. And make sure be professional and maintain hygienic inside the ward. The worst part is they mentioned patient denied to take medicine while patient is eagerly waiting for early recovery. I can write in short but this message is in very simple English so that some Doc can understand. Lastly but not the least, when you discharged the patient you must provide all the medical reports to the patient not only the Bill list. Thank you hope you guys do better than this in future.

Dr. Kapoor is the most selfless doctor I have ever come accross. He is not only a really knowledgeable doctor but also a very good soul. His hospital, his team of doctors and support staff have always reflected the same spirit of dedication and selflessness that Dr. Kapoor possesses. They always go an extra mile to help out the patients irrespective of stretched hours and odd timings. And money is never a motivator for Dr. Kapoor and his team, it's always a correct line of treatment and patient's recovery that are the driving factors.

I don't know what nonsense is being spread about this hospital. I'll share my own experience. My younger brother met with a road accident near Munirka. He had leg fracture and was loosing a lot of blood. As some local guy knew about this hospital, he took us there. I must say the staff and doctors there were very considerate. Even though I didn't have adequate money for the emergency surgery my brother was immediately taken up in OT on mere assurance from my side. The operation went perfect and my brother is absolutely fine now. What more can anyone possibly want?! If you say that these doctors are wrong, then EVERY doctor on earth is wrong. Don't go to ANY hospital...and die on the road...you deserve it!

Pathetic experience. My sister got dengue. Doctor who treat her didn't told us that the test has to be done in their hospital which was sensible since In any way in every hospital it's not mandatory and also we were not aware that they have lab. We did test from nearby lab 2 times according to the prescription and advice. On her 3rd visit when she got better,she went there to get her medical certificate today and now they create a fuss saying they can't provide the certificate despite having proof of treatment and visit. Dr. Sweta Jaiswal.. this lady seem to be a pain for everyone And their receptionist kajal was not willing to speak with me on phone either since my sister was unable to convince them. I could see so many unsatisfactory review regarding this lady and thier receptionist. Still no action against these rotten apples. Wondering what kind of person owned this hospital.Finally they forced her to retest in their lab and charged, charged her for doctor consultation again and also not only that..they are charging her for medical certificate...I wish I could drag them in court.

Dr RK kapoor is one of the best doctors I have come across in India. His ability to connect with patients with ample patience to diagnose the root cause is very reassuring. He is selfless, humble and very approachable. In fact by getting to know him you would feel that he is an epitome of medical profession. I and my family have consulted him numerous times in last decade or so and found his medical advice impeccable and beneficial. Such is our faith in him that we by default reach out to him for second opinion even for our extended family and friends who at times are not confident by the advise given by other doctors. P.S - Please do not believe on a single negative review here, which most probably have been done by some miscreants living around the Daya memorial hospital for their own ulterior motives.

Some people make a difference in your life in ways that you can not even imagine or contemplate, let alone knowing about it. Dr. Kapoor Sir is one such person, who has made such a difference in my life, like no other. It was a fortunate afternoon for me when I was taken to his clinic by my father. It so happened that I was suffering from ASTHMA that wouldn't leave me despite all medications that senior physicians in my hometown could offer me, including steroids. I was suffering, and with me, was my family. Dr Kapoor Sir, saw me, with the characteristic HEARTWARMING SMILE of his, asked about my illness and my past history, looked at my chest X-ray, and very calmly said, 'you will be fine, don't worry.' He was the one to diagnose that I was suffering from Vitamin A deficiency, post-measles (which I had in my childhood), which had compromised my immunity and led to me developing this. He only advised me Vitamin A supplementation, stopped all high-dose steroid and other medications. Suffering as I was, I must admit, I was initially skeptical, as to how I would be fine with only this supplementation. There were a few follow-ups after that, and I was always greeted by his smile and his, ABSOLUTELY CALM, saint-like demeanor. Over time, I also realised how much efforts are being put by Dr Kapoor Sir himself, his subordinates and the entire staff of Daya Memorial Hospital, in the service of HUMANITY in GENERAL, and PATIENTS in PARTICULAR. The supplementation ended at 6 months. I never needed any more medication and, till this day, I never suffered any of those dreaded, asthma attacks. Sir, WORDS are not ENOUGH to express my gratitude and how and what I feel about you. My family as well. May God bless you with a LONG life, Sir, and through your ABLE hands, continue to CHANGE LIVES of many more, for the BETTER, in your unique style.

Today when most hospitals are focused on making money more than patient's well being , Dr R K Kapoor and Daya Memorial hospital is a life savior in literal sense. He is an exceptional doctor and is legacy of honesty, care and excellent diagnosis is followed now by Dr Dhruv Kapoor also. His knowledge, experience and the diagnosis is always correct and thanks to him and Daya memorial hospital we always feel safe for our family knowing we have someone we can trust. In this area having a hospital like this is a boon to the people of this community and definitely an advantage to local population there. Daya memorial hospital is trusted by us and many I know for many years and thank you Dr Kapoor for being not only an amazing doctor but an exceptional human being .

Lifesaver...and I cannot forget Dr Dhruv Kapoor ever! My son had an asthmatic attack in the dead of night while my husband was away to Guwahati. I took him to this hospital which is about 3kms from my house. Dr Dhruv was on duty. The moment he saw my child his response was rapid. He immediately nebulized my child and gave him iv medications. I was surprised..no mention was made about fee or billing. Only when my child was normalized and I was preparing to leave I was presented with the bill...which I found was very nominal. I sincerely recommend this hospital for emergency situations. This hospital delivers swift response with least hassles!!
