Daya General hospital's overall service was commendable. The medical team was highly skilled, and the nursing staff displayed a remarkable dedication to patient well-being. The facilities were clean, well-maintained,The reception staff, in particular, stood out for their efficiency and warmth. From the moment I entered the hospital, they greeted me with a friendly smile and assisted me promptly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Their knowledge and willingness to help were evident, as they guided me through the necessary paperwork and procedures with ease.

Good doctors and nurses especially senior nurses. Parking is free. Food court is good. No rooms or wards. Keep that expectation Cleaning staff will clean twice in a day Admission desk and reception is pathetic. They just show attitude if they are helpless. Not at all professional Crowd is saying every department if need to be acted you need to bug them every 10 minute which is so weird. Getting doctors letter for insurance desk (admission letter or discharge summary) will take minimum 3 hours. Because it is old process like doctor will write in a paper, nurse will type in computer, then doctor will review if everything ok, he will sign. Nurses will not be expert in typing so automatically time taken. Even ICU , patient food is responsibility of bystander, old school style( no option to order food). If it is kid, one bystander should be with kid in ICU, so that they cant eat food for 24 hours. I have taken discharge in 24 hours of discharge, only by realizing i dont have energy to followup and fight with them. Insurance amount even if it is approved fully(HDFC ergo) you need to pay 10% just ensure them they will get that approved amount after 2 months. If they get, you can come and collect that money if you still have that reciept of advance payment) you neednto keep calling them until it get settled.

Many thanks for the first aid session conducted by Daya hospital it was really a informative session were we have gained the confidence that we can act promptly in any kind of emergency situation especially working in this type of terrain. Very happy to share that my experience at the hospital was very good everywhere in thr hospital. In the last 9 months, I had to be an inpatient for 5 times and had 3 operations connected with gastro. Right from OP to admission, lab, operations and all areas they are very professional in patients care, hospital administration, nursing care, room service, doctors empathy, insurance & billing etc. Except for the crowded canteen, hospital has the facilities of a five star health care institution. Especially, their Department of Gastroenterology is one of the best in this part of the state. Haridas S

Daya Hospital's reception staff provides exceptional service. Their genuine warmth, efficiency, and patience stood out during my visit. They created a comfortable atmosphere, addressing my concerns with care and professionalism. Their teamwork and organization were commendable, making my experience truly positive.

Rewriting a previously written positive review based on the experience post discharge. The staffs were very cordial during the admission process until the bills were paid off (huge amount) and asked us to give a positive google review. Post discharge when I visited the hospital for a follow up review of my new born the" very cordial staffs" were no more interested in showing the same attention and care. I had asked for a lounge access since my new born was just 20 days old and there were lot of ppl around with cough n fever. The staff first said we had to pay 500 rupees and when I went to book the lounge the staff said it is 5000 rupees. Later I understood it was a slip of tongue from the staffs side and it was actually 500 rupees only. But the hospital management blamed us for the miscommunication from their staffs side when we raised this issue. Highly disappointed to learn such medical institutions try to lure customers purely with business interest.
