Probably my best stay in Kashmir! Houseboat had 3 rooms, a dining and sitting area. Huge rooms and bathrooms. It sits on a quieter patch on the lake. Peaceful views of the lake, boulevard road and shankaracharya temple. Food was simple and quantity is made accordingy to the guests in the boat.

The best ever stay and host. It was my second time staying at lucky dawn group of houseboats and it's always been delightful. The location is just perfect and peaceful. I strongly recommend to stay here to enjoy your vacation like no other.

Such an amazing view with great hospitability so supportive and taken care of each and every requirement related to hotels accommodation sightseeing, farm trips at Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam. Apple gardens etc.... The scenic beauty of Betab Valley was mesmerizing. Sahil was the best tour guide. He is like a family to us. He did his best to serve us in the entire trip. This trip to Kashmir was the best holidays we've ever had. I will recommend anyone to contact them for arranging a personalized tour trip. They are the best in Kashmir travel services. The boat itself is very old - doors creak, don't close properly. The behavior / courteousness / service of the care taker at the houseboat was very bad. The morning we were leaving the houseboat the way he was rushing our bags out the door felt like he was literally throwing us out of the place. And when we wanted to do shopping at the dal lake market one of them remarked - these ppl want to buy kachra and thats at that market. I would not recommend anyone staying in these houseboats.

A must visit place if you wish to have worst day in your life. Food worth not having. Staff's rudeness is utmost beautiful. If you want to get yourself insulted you must go, the staff is bad and so is the stay. You would suffocate here because of light issues and not to forget the hundreds of mosquitoes who would love to cherish you

We all had a superb time full of laughter & excitement in Kashmir. All so well taken care of throughout the journey. Loved the food, we were asked for our choices and food was tasty. Hotels were carefully selected and view was amazing from Hotel. Boat house had good service too, again with special view. All days were planned with fun filled snow activities for family/friends in group to enjoy and experience. Our guide @sahiltunda99 was attentive, had a good sense of humor, playful with kids, helped us capture moments & planned trip keeping our safety, entertainment & comfort in mind. Good hospitality by the care taker of the house boat. Homely food was really nice. Well heated chimney based rooms with heated beds. Well boat and rooms needs some renovation So that they look good. Actually Lucky dawn boat not looking so classy from Outside but comfortable from inside.

Excellent Service, specially Dinner (Fatima didi ke haat ka khana Very Very Tasty.) .
