Great college with great play ground
Commerce department is very good , but there is good only old staff . They have excellent knowledge in their field. But there is some new appointed teacher which totally waste the time and money of the students. Infrastructure well and good . But few classes are totally disgusting and one in which I studied. Administrative department is very rude .
Nice place for doing study and playing games.

The best college, especially punjabi department, great teachers for the masters of Punjabi literature : I.S Godara sir, B.S Bhullar sir, Tarsem Sharma sir, I.S. Sandhu sir, G.S Chahel Sir, All these teachers are very professional, Motivational. They all teach in My masters . No doubt, other staff is also good, but i studied from these great personalities . I can never forget in my life. Thanks all teachers teachers for giving me very good education for my future's life. I miss all my classmates also . It was very beautiful moments, which i spent in this college.
DAV College, Abohar[1] is a degree college in the city of Abohar, Punjab, India. It is spread over 20 acres of land on Hanumangarh Road. Prem Singhmar eye surgeon and business man and philanthropist settled in Canada was student of Pre Medical in the year 1966-67. He came from village Dharmapura. DAV College, Abohar was established in 1960 under the aegis of the DAV College Managing Committee, New Delhi. The first principal of this college was N. D. Grover. The institution is affiliated with Panjab University, Chandigarh. Currently, Dr. S. K. Arora is the principal of the college, who received the All India Mahatma Hans Raj Best Principal award from by Pawan Bansal, the Union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs and Water Resources, and Padma Bhushan G. P. Chopra, President, D.A.V. College Managing Committee, New Delhi.
