This is one of the worst experience had with the shop (managing partner) Order was given for gold stud on 8th of July promising due on 20th of July, when checked upon was giving vague reasons not ready and bought couple of days more, subsequently got ready which was totally not matching as per my requirement on stones and make of body screw, then was asked to return advance amount of 21900/-, the person was so rude answering back will do it as one of his staff has gone to bank to adjust the amount. further upon insisted to bring original bill despite sent thru wats up. Refund happened after 2 hours. Must say, this is first ever bad experience faced, very rude and don't know how to speak with customers despite fault with them. Delivery time is too long and meeting customer expectations.

Not a place to buy silver jewellery. Quality is zero and the owner doesn't have to say anything and apologize. Don't waste your money.

2k INR was told the value of natural zircon, will be put to the gold ring given to repair. While delivery the owner said the value was only 500 INR. Infact, took more than approx value by putting unnecessary wastage charge and nonsense charges. Go elsewhere, if you want value of your pay.

Went for a customized diamond ring design for my engagement on Oct 2020. They promised to deliver it on time and with exact design. But miserably failed to stick to their words. After delivery the diamond came out from the ring twice. Once payment is done, the owner don't bother to even respond to your calls. You have to run behind to get your work done. Owner's behaviour is very rude even after committing several mistakes. In nut shell worst business man, very poor craftsmanship, no design idea. My engagement ruined, never let that happen to you.
