Historically important fort and amazing architecture. We noticed many canons displayed here at entrance. All canons has some history and holds importance in history. The architecture of the fort is breathtaking, it takes 45 minutes to trek continue, if you have stamina. There are many sitting areas on the way and shadow areas. You will enjoy a beautiful walk through those historical walls. Highly recommended to go there in afternoon sun. They have one amazing system where they label plastic bottles you carrying and keep deposit which will be returned if you bring back bottles. I feel this shall be done every tourist place. Intricate detailing and carvings all the way through fort is very impressive.
The parking was some issue. Overall it's a good historical spot. The steps are too steep. So elders please refrain from trying to reach peak of this fort. The arrangement of water and washroom is good. You have to walk approx more than 400 steps to reach fort. On weekend we faced a lot of crowd. Overall nice experience with little bit of trekking and photosession.

A perfect destination for history aspirants. The fort gives an amazing top view for the enthusiasts who climbs up there. The architecture and the history is very inspiring. Worth the visit
It is a huge fort and now some of its parts started falling but the ASI department is taking care of it and the maintenance. You will find lots of people visiting this fort and one has to climb lots of stairs to reach the top. In between you can take pit stops to take some rest and the views are awesome. Once you reach the top of the fort, you will get to see the 360 view of the place and it is amazing.
Absolutely breathtaking view from the top of the fort. I must say that it is quite well maintained and I especially appreciate the special effort of the management to keep a small deposit against every water bottle you carry inside to stop people from littering inside the premise. This is a beautiful and a historically significant site. Would recommend to not miss this one out if you are planning a trip to Aurangabad and definitely keep some time in hand to explore the fort, it's various interesting architectural features and climb up to enjoy the view around.
