The service of catering is very irritating. Too much time is taken by the staff to deliver the food. No responding staff during the service delivery. No taste of any types of food like Paratha, vegetable, chicken dish. Food cost is too much higher in respect of food quality. If you want to take a little meal like breakfast and evening tiffin you must pay rs. 150.00 to rs.200.00 for every person.
Good one in reasonable price at prime location. So many Good food, snacks and tea options available nearby. Overall Good stay.
Prompt service aided with additional support when asked for since we were two women travellers. The rooms were clean and services prompt and most cordial. The location is ideal if one has a flight to catch and has a spare day in NJP.
Staff is very cooperative and polite.Specially Floor Manager Mr Luv who cares for your all needs.I strongly recommend if you are in Bagdogra you must stay at Hotel Das.
This is the worst hotel, Rooms are stinking with drainage water odour, geysers are not working. No phone extension, every time for any room service need to go 2, 3 floors down.We asked for partial refund, too much hesitant. Due to flight timings finally we stopped to quarrel with them. Theer was lizard cockroaches in room, lot of big cracks in room thru which all these insects.easily roam. They just take benefit of closure to airport. Suggesting not to avial this hotel.
Hotel ok. Staff should be some more educated and respectful. Wakingup at 1100pm for ID cards.
Most importantly ,it is a pet friendly hotel! Awesome people! For pet parents it is perfect place to stay!
