Ya I like this place. Because Aurangzeb spend his last time here and died here in the masjid . but there is no guide wo tell the authentic information about emperor Aurangzeb.

The great Mughal Emperor, Aurangzeb had conquered all most all the south Indian Kingdoms but Maratha Hero Chhatrapati Shivaji put a strong hurdle before him. He himself led the force against Shivaji. Eventually Aurangabad became his South Indian Capital. He died here in Ahmed Nagar but before carrying the body to Aurangabad, on physicians advice, his stomach and intestines were buried here. Rest of the body was buried in Aurangabad. In the Madrassa Museum his hand works are still preserved.
