Gym is full of all required amenities. Machines and other equipments are up to the mark. The instructor and the owner Mr. Bhupendra has a lot of experience in weight training and weight loss. Always ready to help and guide to the members.
This place have all the Essential equipments except electrical machines. The owner/coach is very supportive in nature. He always help about the workout. Also the equipment is well maintained. The fees is 450 rs. ( As on Jan 2019 may be increased). The have machines of Back, abs, Biceps, shoulder, chest. Gym is newly setup in this place. Also he provides you all the necessary gears such as gloves, bands and supports. There is also a small shop of Genuine protein, mass gainer, soya milk and soya paneer. There is separate pace for girls and ladies. If you wish to join the gym he charge you 100 rs extra for admission and one month fees. You only need to bring a personal id Xerox copy and a photo.
Also the owner is too strict for discipline he always warn you for using the equipment properly, always wear proper attire, he also suggest to keep a separate pair of shoes for gym only. You can keep them shoes in gym locker or can carry every day on bag and wear it process for exercise. He is also charge you if you submit fees after 5 days.
Coach is well trained experience of years. Gym also have proper parking facilities no need to worry about the vehicle because it is under CCTV surveillance.
Overall the gym is very good for those don't believe in spending too much for expensive gyms and want to work in normal environment and having equivalent facilities as other gym have.
Machines and gym material are good, toilets are hygienic ,they provide changing room,parking facilities ,coach,diet, and separate portion for ladies and gents.but there are need for some space.

This gym is OK not good. Because there is soo rush every time some time there's no space for work out. Their fees is 400 per month
It's a good gym at a lower fees but less space for women.
There are many machines for Exercising. Very nice gym .
And the trainer sir is very adorable teacher as well as guide . he has Very friendly nature .

It was a pleasure staying at this Girl Pg which is 5 min walking from phoolbhag chauraha. It is a nice pg with good and hygiene food and a very healthy and peaceful environment which is suitable for studying and Working womens. Breakfast is always on
