Liked the vibe and the ambience of the place. The food is decent, coffee are quite nice. The only thing I'd like to see improved is the chairs as they feel extremely flimsy and delicate. Great place for people look for a spot where they can work from as they have WiFi.
When I discovered this place, I really wanted to support this business. So I went there often and even recommended 100s of my friends to go here. But the service over and over was just not so good so I have stopped going all together. There were times my order was messed up and there was no apology or compensation given. One time my friend from the US was visiting and it took the guy over an hour to make our drink and almost 2 hours to make our sandwich. The drinks taste different every time and there is no consistency. They were also shocked at the treatment we experienced and I was embarrassed to have taken them there. The coffee is average. Bakul does make amazing chicken tikka sandwiches and that was the only reason I used to go sometimes. I contemplated writing this review for many months but I figured they should know why I don't support them anymore. I used to feel proud of them for coming up with the concept of this cafe and I do admire the idea, but I have not felt welcome here in a while and I really feel like some of the owners are genuinely unhappy to be there and should not be in the service industry.
The place is very casual, has seperate smoking area, the food is fine but the portion is less for the money they charge. I ordered a cheese garlic toast and it was overspiced with garlic. The Nutella hot chocolate was everything but hot! So basically felt like I paid for nothing, quite unsatisfactory, coz I visited after hearing the hype.
A nice place to hangout with your friends. Not much crowded and has good food too. Would definitely recommend.

Ambience of the place is very good. Last time I have visited with my daughter and ordered Cappiso hot and Donut. Taste of both were mind blowing. Seats are very comfortable. Little costly like in Airport but taste is good so feasible to enjoy here.
