Had a very positive experience buying a refrigerator for my family. The sales person (Hari) was patient and knowledgeable, and took time to explain the pros and cons of every feature across three brands' models. Prices are close enough to online websites.. Not a huge markup for local service and experience.

Bought wooden Sofa set. Asked for re-polishing, but they took 2 days and delivered without polishing it and without proper cleaning of Glues. The next day sales man came and did wooden colour paint in sofa set insteed of polishing near hand rails. Also, while delivering the product delivery person made scratches on wooden set and they didnt inform over phone about delay in delivery. Very very very worst service.
Bought a glass top dining table. Gave normal glass instead of toughened glass. The wooden base is not aligned properly. Glass broken within three months. Waste of money Don't buy any furnitures in this shop
