Zero Rating.. worst service and worst customer experience. We bought a washing machine and it is almost 7 days and till now no one has came for installation. Every time you call this showroom, new person will handle your call and collect all the details and then nothing will happen. Croma does a fantastic job on this. They are good enough to deal with customers and also handle customer queries.

Worst place to buy product zero after sale service support, I struggled badly to get ac installed . Instead of this go to opposite chroma which is excellent

Had a very good experience at Darling electronics Guduvanchery, quick service and pretty good response from the staffs, very friendly and explained all offers politely. Got branded products at a reasonable price. Thumbs up.

Their services were good There were many more electric items in the basement and 1st floor like AC , TV , fridge, Air cooler, and many more products available.

went to showroom for TV purchase and offered a good price but they dont have proper management of billing. 2 days i went to settle the bill to purchase the TV at offer price but 2 days they are saying your card cannot be processed. Then I i purchased the same TV at another showroom in just few mins. Really disappointed with their billing system. Might be they are not willing to give the TV at that price offer
