This hotel is totally frud, mall road is 1 hr of distance no food was given after paying money very untidy room the staff was very rude and was giving threatening that this is there area like this kind of thing. Please don't go to this hotel .

Not a nice place to stay. No amenities. Water and electricity problem. Hotel has weird rule of giving one towel per room irrespective of no. of Person in room. Rooms are not clean. Photos shown on their site completely differ.

The hotel's services were excellent. As far as I know, there are only a few low-cost hotels in Darjeeling with geysers, electric cattle, and laundry facilities. The Hotel Summer Palace has all these amenities. The hotel staff surprised me with their friendliness and assistance. They helped me get a car, plan a trip, and arrange for my kid's special diet. I spent three nights there and had a fantastic experience. Honestly, I didn't expect the rooms to be so large that is also in Darjeeling. For middle-class visitors, particularly Bengalis, it is a must-go hotel.
