Darjeeling Heights Homestay - Hotel in Darjeeling - Darjeeling, India

We enjoyed our stay at this homestay. We booked the quadruple room and the view from the room was breathtaking. We could clearly see the Kanchenjunga from our room. The room including the beds and curtains were clean and tidy. The washroom was also clean and spacious and we were provided with clean towels & toiletries. The lounge and roof top was very spacious and provided a clear view of the mountains and valleys below and the Kanchenjunga. The food was excellent, being proper home-made food without much oil and masalas but also very tasty. Lastly the staff & housekeeping, two young chaps, were very polite and helpful and always on their toes. Ashal, the front desk manager was very welcoming and accomodating. Sudarshan was very helpful and cooperative with booking and all the other provisions. They made us feel like a part of their family. Overall we had a memorable stay and would like to visit their again.

It was a very pleasant experience staying there for three days. The owner and staffs are really helpful, were always ready to address any asks. We had a 15 months old baby with us, they took good care of his food at all the times. Coming to the location, it's based at a bit high point compared to the Darjeeling mall, the scenic beauty is awesome from the homestay. If you would like a calm atmosphere and want to stay far from noise, this is the place for you. Approx 2 km from the mall, going to mall is very easy as the way is downwards, but coming up by walk might need some enthusiasm, cab charges 250-300 for pickup or drop. Rooms and washrooms were clean, as well as the common spaces.

5 stars seem to undermine how good the place is. The view from here is mesmerising! While it's a short distance from the crowded areas, it's a very peaceful location, and the walk to mall road from here is one to do everyday. The people here are super friendly and a lot of fun to talk to. Ashal, the manager, especially does a great job in catering to all your needs, whether it's food, cabs, or even suggestions for things to do. Stayed here for 5 days and was sad to leave. Will definitely be visiting again!

A Great Property. The staff are really good. Great Service. A must stay. Next time I visit Darjeeling, I will be staying here only. Asar and his team are true assets to this homestay. Thanks for making the stay so heartwarming.

We had booked two rooms as there were five of us attending my nieces wedding. The rooms given to us were in the adjacent building from the reception area so we never got to see any roof top balcony. The rooms were decent in size but they have not maintained it well. The bathroom was in pathetic condition. They charged us almost 4k per night but there was no heater in the room only the bed had a heater. We had to hire heaters which were charged at 400 per night. It is an extremely cold place so a heater is a must if you are travelling in winter. Breakfast was not complementary. the location is pathetic, you will have to shell out 300 for the cab every time you get out to go to the city. We had a very bad experience with this hotel. Every meal we ordered they were charging 300 per veg meal.

Excellent place to stay. it's at the highest point in Darjeeling. The rooms offer great views of the hill town below.

This is one of the best homestay's in Darjeeling, please don't get miss guided by the negative comments, they have excellent staff and all good vibes . All positive energy here and the view is awesome

This place is far from the Darjeeling crowd. You can stay there if you need a peaceful stay. The view from the balcony is scenic beauty. The staff is good. Their meditation room will add extra staff to your vacation.
