The road connectivity to Daringbadi is so good. Due to hilly region there is no railway connectivity to Daringbadi as of now.

Distance from Visakhapatanam to Berhampur is 277 KM and travel time in train is 4-5 hour.
From Berhampur you can take private cab or public bus service to reach Daringbadi. The distance between Berhampur to Daringbadi is 115km.
Baliguda( Subdivision of Kandhamal, Urban Area ) is the nearest city area where you can find good accommodation and food option.

Distance between Bhubaneswar to Daringbadi is 250KM. From Bhubaneswar you can take private cab or public AC / non AC bus service to reach Baliguda( Subdivision of Kandhamal, Urban Area ) where you can find luxury accommodation and food option. * From Kolkata
You can take flight or train to Bhubaneswar ( Flight code: BBI , Railway code : BBS )and from Bhubaneswar you follow above option to reach Daringbadi.

Beautiful experience as temperature 10degree celcius less from Sambalpur during end of June and lots of natural beauty..you can enjoy peacefully..
It satisfies it's tag of THE KASHMIR OF ODISHA.Richly abundant with greenery.Those pine forests are perfect for photography.The Lover's Point is some kms away but is worth the visit.The local snacks offered at Lover's Point is Don't miss the view of Diluri River and Hill View Park along with Pangali Valley, Don't miss to visit Butterfly Park and must visit is the Sunset Point it is perfect for sightseeing.
But if you want to stay there please book your Hotels in advance because there are no hotels providing rooms instantly we had to go extra 50kms to stay in a hotel.The booking also ends before 3-4 months in advance so book accordingly.
Offbeat destination in India - In Odisha - Daringbari
Newly built budget hotel. Nice location. Super deluxe rooms are spacious @Rs.1200/-. Geyser has not yet been fixed but hot water is supplied in buckets. No restaurant but bed tea to dinner is served on request without any service charge. Service is

4. Common balcony is nice.
5. Behaviour is well.
6. They are helpful for the guests. We rent a double bed room and a triple bed room with the same rate. They negotiated with us.

All type of veg and non veg food ( desi chicken,prown,kankada, mutton) available.
Biriyani is simple good quality but less quantity and rice is not good quality..

Variety tasty foods at very reasonable price available. Eg. CHICKEN KOSHA @80 for 6 Pcs.Good ambience...fresh food available always.. behavior of stuffs are very good. Rice and dal served warm @ 30 and rice unlimited ..no extra cost....curry availab
