Darbhanga station is upgrading day by day in terms of cleanliness , infrastructure & facilities for an improved passenger experience.

The ticket counter doesn't operate well, it just has only one counter working. The rest of the counters were open but the employees were not working. In terms of cleanliness it's decent (ofc it's morning, can't really comment otherwise). Parking is available

Derbhanga:- The heart of Mithila. The Tri-Clouer Shines at its best in Sunny day, in flod milky lights night and clean invironment within & at Railway- Junction. Beautiful as always but cleaning in nearby local community and shops are not satisfactory . The heavy traffic in nearby areas make it worse for travellers . A location near railway station named as Donar-Gumti needs to be developed and a flyover must needed above train tracks to short out the everydays major Zaam existing at the location.

Station service is good . Near of this station hotels very bad experience.

This railway station is not good at all in terms of cleanliness.

It needs proper sanitation,it smells bad at some places,and I saw a person who sells chips and packaged items he doesn't clean his hand after putting finger in his mouth that was the worst experience there.So buy food items at your own risk .
