Very arrogant and unhelpful staff. They hide the fact that Dr. Ramakrishna Reddy senior is no more. This we learnt as we were asking around for correct location. Many people said the senior doctor was good but he has expired. Instead, staff was bluffing he will be at Banjara Hills. He gave one contact number also but even that waa of Chikkadpally clinic. He gave complete wrong directions to senior citizens like us who were not able to locate clinic in Chikkadpally for more than one hour. Very evil person staff. Finally we went back home without being able to locate properly, having wasted about 2 hours to reach thete from our house about 15 Kms away.

I have been using homeo medicine prescribed at Darasani clinic(Dr. Ramakrishna Reddy) for above 2 years but none of my problems was cured or reduced and per visit cost is (Rs.45000) too much.

Treatment is good but have lot of administrative issues. 1) No appointment system. You need to waste lot of time waiting for your turn. During pandemic having appointment system will ensure less people in the premises. 2) When you ask for bill, the attendant will ask you wait and you end up forgetting about it in the last minute. Not sure what is the issue of the attendant to issue receipt as soon as payment is received.

The doctor and staff always busy. They gave me hardly 3 minutes of time to speak with doctor after payment and waiting for 3 days for doctor call back. I didn't even had a chance to explain entire health issue. The doc disconnected the call and advices some medicines to send through courier. It was a different horrible story about courier delivery of medicines. Later it's been 20 days using the so called homeopathy medicines there is no change and nobody responds from the clinic for other queries. I don't recommend this homeo clinic for any serious health issues.

I have sent money order and received by them on 21-08-2019 but so far they have not send the medicines. when we contacted them they do not give reply simply disconnect the line. The medicine for Cancer patient and they don't responsive and show their colours. What the Doctor Ramakrishna Reddy is not at all feeling responsible and care for nobody and wants only money. they received money and drag the matter as they like. This is in-human and unethical in his part.

Dirty Pigs..amount sent by me received by them on 21-08-2019 for refilling of medicine for a CANCER patient. From 22-08-2019 I have been contacting them but the reply is "tomorrow we will send the medicine". Even my request to contact the doctor did not evoke any response. They neither return back the amount nor send medicine. Does Dr. Ramakrishna Reddy have any human approach for his patients.

He is the best doctor. My sister and me had kidney stone, my sister had kidney stone and heavy pain for 4 months and i also know about the pain. Ill get pain early morning 5 and i cannot sit, stand, walk or lie down on bed. Suffered a lot and i know how my sisfer would have also felt. Dr. gave medicine and the kidney stone just melted. Now no pain. Previously i went to apollo hospital in Hyderabad which is in secunderabad. He asked me to take CT SCAN and after seeing the result he said only one treatment lithotripsy and that is almost 40,000 nd bed came upto 50 thousand. English medicine is just poison. Please do not go for english medicine. I beg u. DR Ramakrishna reddy is the best and he is training his son. Please have trust him in also. Please do not go for apollo hospital. Stop english medicine.

1.Doctor is very good but how can a patient reveal their problems in in public... Please ensure privacy for patients to talk with doctor... 2. No digital payment... Other than this everything is good
