Nice place for weekend getaway. Preferred vehicle to go here is 2 wheeler and small cars as road is not that wide. The view is very beautiful.
Beautiful place to experience and feel the nature. Surrounded with mountains and shallow water to get down. No food or snacks available nearby. The road leading upto the view point is in pretty bad shape, I'd say a 5km stretch. Overall a pleasant experience Note: Visitors kindly do not litter the premises. Preserve nature :)
It is a good off road drive thru a remote village, however, the spot is not clean. No place to sit, admire nature's beauty and relax. There is no ticket required. Only 1 stall is there selling snacks and tender coconut. Ample space is available for parking.
Nice place. One can go with family and spend around 2 hours. The road is narrow, but cars can go. There's a place to do trekking. But it's not allowed as per the rules.
Nice unexplored place covered with trees. The road towards this place is not good and have to drive very carefully specially for sedan and hatchback vehicles. It must be very beautiful during monsoon.
Perfect place for a weekend getaway. Beautiful landscape and not so crowded unless u reach there early. One can chose this place for picnic with family or friends. It's just 2 hrs drive from Bangalore. Roads are maintained well, except the last 5 kms stretch which is through villages. They are narrow and half done.
What an unforgettable experience! My friends and I visited this dam at the crack of dawn to catch the sunrise, and it was absolutely magical. The sun slowly rising over the tranquil waters created a breathtaking panorama that left us all in awe. Sharing this moment with friends made it even more special. The serenity of the surroundings and the gentle sounds of nature added to the peaceful atmosphere. If you're looking for a spot to create beautiful memories with friends while witnessing the beauty of nature, this dam is the perfect place. We couldn't have asked for a better start to our day!
Beautiful spot for a day outing just a bit away from the city. The access roads are not the best and a little bumpy but the destination is simply fabulous. Perfect for a picnic surrounded by the calm waters n lush mountains far away. We can walk around the place and explore as well. Serene and calm, definitely coming back again .
