I have been coming to this resort for the past 3 years. My family and I visit it every year during the summer vacation. The first time I visited, I was worried that it would not be a good hotel because of the rates. But when we reached there, we were surprised with how luxurious and well taken care of everything was! They had a jungle safari that we went through, an amazing pool side dining area with food at Dandeli Tiger Cottages..
A wonderful weekend spent at the Dandeli Tiger Cottages. Excellent food with a good variety in veg and non-veg, very cordial and ever-smiling service staff, clean and comfortable rooms. The highlight of our stay was the activities that were listed out. Every Single activity was available, unlike other places where half the things don't work. The Activity Team was very helpful and full of information on the surrounding flora and fauna, the crocodiles habits and when it would be t he best time to see them. They went out of their way to ensure that we had a good time. Thank you for a great time. Definitely recommend this resort for all.
Overall the place is good.People are very friendly. If you don't have mobile connectivity, the resort people will help you out by allowing you to use their phone. But they should have some kind of communication system installed. Their package is good. Jungle safari, which is no more attractive as there are many animals in the jungle except for few spotted dear tiger and other animals are luck dependent over all resort is super and we all will visit again soon at Dandeli Tiger Cottages..
This is one of the best places I ever stayed. Very peaceful and nice ambiance. Very big swimming pool. Rooms also spacious. We liked balcony sofas. Very nice staff. Impressed with hospitality from everyone in the resort. I definitely stay here if visit again Dandeli. By the way rafting also good thank you for dandeli tiger cottages
"Worst experience so far. Rude staff at reception. Extremely poor hotel management We had booked rooms well in advance and made payment in advance as well. On arrival they said the rooms aren't ready and will give them soon. They also didn't give us the proper rooms we had booked. WORST EXPERIENCE. DO NOT BOOK IN ADVANCE AND PAY. These people take you for granted"
I wish there was a 0 zero rating option as well. I stayed in this hotel and behaviour of the staff was horrible. Highly overpriced for the kind of service they provide. I told receptionist that washroom is stinking and floor was dirty but they did not pay attention. No wifi connection at all. Not a good place for people who staying for work purposes. Finally next day before time I left the hotel.
