Dandeli Mist Jungle Stay - Resort hotel in Bori - Uttara Kannada, India

We chose this resort based on the good reviews it had here. The rooms & bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was average. The property is not maintained at all, may be because of rains and due to less staff. None of the outdoor or indoor activities were usable. Broken TT table, torn volley ball nets, unwashed dinner table cloth, broken dining chairs, pets not letting you eat at the dining hall, no mobile rage because he booster was burnt..these were totally unexpected. The owner was courteous enough to compensate for the above issues with some goodies though.

Really nice place to stay under shadow of nature, rooms are very nice,decent, spacious. Dont expect like 3 or 5 . You can do lots activities here, jungle safari, bird watching, night safari no television at my room so spent maximum time with friends, One more good thing due to dens forest no network for mobile received much time for myself, to take a rest. Staff is very helpful Resort has animals like very friendly dogs ducks Location is very near to Belgaum ... Connectivity is very good

The place is set up wonderfully amidst the forest. The treehouses, a cart, a mare, a small pond, ducks, few cats, butterflies, pretty little cottages and extremely weak network brings you to a land far far away from normal civilization. Although the place is beautiful, it has not been maintained very well. The staff is quite warm and friendly, but service is not that great. According to the price they need to work up on it. However, the overall ambience and a chance of waking up to the unperturbed sound of nature along with a decent breakfast was good enough to overlook the drawbacks of this place :)

Amazing experience. Decent ambience. Tasty food. Cooperative staff. Location is beautiful and well maintained, clean and neat. Most important - no signal to mobile phone. You stay absolutely disconnected with the outside world which I personally feel is needed for couple of days at least.

It's a Jungle stay and lovely for that. It's beautiful, serene, clean and well kept. Food is lovely and prepared hot as per your liking if intimated in advance. Fantastic as long as you remember it's a Jungle and there is a possibility of small animals or insects being there. Admire and enjoy them too.

The hotel was located on the main road. Easy To Reach...The staffs at the hotel were helpful, friendly and hygienic. Check in and checkout Facility is On Time...The room given to me was neat, clean, spacious and well maintained. The amenities provided in the room were in good condition. Have To Increase Some activity For Fun...

It was a lovely refreshing stay here. The staff is very good and caring, especially Akash is very helpful. Nice simple good food was served. We stayed in luxury cottage, it was neat and clean though it needs some maintenance to be done. Surly recommend this place.

My parents and their friends group visited recently. they had a good time at the resort, calm and relaxed, excellent food and courteous staff. Definitely recommend for weekend trip away from city life. Don't expect much from jungle safari as not many animals left in these jungles. Thanks Omkar
