Before checking in, ask whether your room has a geyser, ours didn't have one. Although the property is located in a peaceful location and the room was spacious, our door didn't even have a keyhole, therefore check for that too before making a payment. No kettle as well as coffee/tea/milk/sugar sachets were available in the room either. At the rate they charge these amenities are expected but were undelivered. Hopefully, they will improve in the future. Best wishes to the team.

Totally enjoyed my stay here. This is my second time in this property. The first I came with my friends and this time with my family, and I must say each time the staffs were polite, friendly, warm and welcoming; that both my friends and family are highly impressed and satisfied with this property. The receptionist is very professional that all our requirements are very well arranged. Best room service and the rooms are neat and tidy and well maintained. Excellent, totally enjoyed the stay. Special thanks to the receptionist who quickly arranged for all my requirements during my stay. Rooms were very clean & spacious with all the amenities. Their hospitality is highly appreciable, polite-friendly staffs & room service was promptly done, including the transportation facilities, as well. This property is located in the heart of the city which was an add-on element for my choice to stay with family here. Its such a stupid property in Ernakulam, Thammanam. They provide room by according their wish and room they providing pathetic, bad towel and no water in the room. If there is any complaint and they simply demanding spend more money and take another room in another floor. What kind of service is this? While we taking room, Bathroom door is complaint and when we inform to Mr Midhun (the person in front office) he was saying that, if its complaint, take another with by paying another Rs200.00 What a beautiful services? What a wonderful management?
