Poor customer care. Had to go to consult them for their support moving the furniture from one place to another. (Since the furniture was bought from them). At first they assumed we were there for buying their furniture. They treated well. Once knowing our purpose of visit everything changed. They don't even support movement of furniture. They said we need to pay them if they visit our house just for dismantling the furniture. Same applies for mantling the furniture as well
Great job is being done by Mr.AKSHAY in recommending suitable product to respective customer. Certainly a good customer service is being extended

Very bad experience with Damro. My order number DF1819SO709POR dated 3rd Nov 18. Ordered Cot and mattress. No response till today to complete the delivery of my entire order. I have called several times and visited multiple times. The sales person Mr. Karthick is giving very vague answer to manage customer. They are not returning money or delivering the product, not picking up the call. Worst service seen in my life. They are not worth for even 1 star rating. My invoice is attached. It's true incident.
My experience so far has been really really good. Timely service. Today also I ordered a cot and a mattress, which got delivered in time and was also installed by 8pm. Courteous karan , salesman.
Dear Management, you please shut down this porur branch immediately. They are irresponsible and irritating. I don't encourage this type of irresponsible business. Worst DAMRO branch.. Dear public don't visit this branch. They are not worth for even single star rating. Bus i dont have an option to give zero star.
worst place find some other places. they have only display to view if you ask they use to say the items are from sri lanka and will take 50 days to deliver. Try kumaran furniture stores in that line will have more varities and customization
