It was awesome: very friendly staff, professional massage. I had the Bali massage which is quite intense but was best for my muscles. Tanaya, a very talented masseuse from Bali, was awesome. Hours later, I'm still feeling totally relaxed. My friend had a facial massage and a body scrub and was happy as well. We definitely come back. We were both so relaxed that we forgot to take fotos. Sorry. Next time for sure!!!

Good One Excellent Massage Care. massage spa, yesterday went and it was a nice experience, the rooms were clean and the therapists were properly trained! Had my first massage here (ever) and it was amazing. When you walk in, they offer you lemonade, water, and tea. I suggest going for the lemonade. It's awesome! I got the Balinese massage. They go very slowly and you can always communicate with them and indicate your pressure preferences. The oil they use is very hot and aromatic. The staff is very friendly. The ambience is very nice. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be coming back.
Very disappointed- One star for receptionist guy and one for overall Initially went there during second lockdown (June /July) and first impression was really astonishing. It was one like/with international standards So wishing for same yesterday I tried booking appointment and waiting for a day I got my appointment today The massage was really very average something I would personally worth it to 1000-1300 rupees kind. Masseuse completed it around 30mins and she literally said there is 15mins left and I'm tired and started talking to me just patting my legs for a while. Moreover to make things worse, the heater didn't really work in the room And I'm a kinda like "quite hotter water". But the water was like few degrees hotter than normal water(note this is a rainy season) it was like a 10am overhead tank water. I called the masseuse to check if I could have hot water, the way she responded was passively offensive. She asked if I could manage or I'm leaving She had no regrets in her tone. I really felt I was scammed this time. I raised this to the receptionist and asked for process to raise a complaint officially. Though he denied sharing email address or the process, he offered a grievance-mgmt service to take a free massage next time which I denied. Probably today might not be their day but that doesn't work with business. One bad day can ruin all their reputation. I really drove home with oil all over myself Very disappointed with the service. It really gave me a thought I should have opted for a cheaper spa. Even they do better these days!
The massage was spot on , just the perfect relaxation ! But the best thing about this place is - they are open to listening to your suggestion and work towards fulfilling them ! Their unique quality is learning and modifying. The 1st time I went , gave them some suggestions and the 2nd time - I saw all the suggestions were put so use ! So good to see your progress !
Had a nice relaxing session. The therapist was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Pressure was as per my will. Had a wonderful steam bath at the end.
