The whole hotel staff was amazing. I would like to tell you all that it's a must visit resort if you are in Darbhanga. It's a peaceful and luxurious place nearest to nature. Mr.Vikas was one of the executive who actually made sure that his guest is having every facility and having their good time. Each and every staff is well trained and professional. It's a safe place for women too

This resort offers amenities like a swimming pool, party hall, gardens, fountains, and beautiful photography spots. Unfortunately, the staff's unprofessional and rude behavior, including instances of abuse towards my friend, along with the poor food quality, have led me to rate it just one star. Additionally, I advise against engaging in arguments with the General Manager, Anil, as his conduct is less than desirable. Ultimately, we pay for comfort, not for insults and threats.

This resort is good. It has a swimming pool, party Hall, Gardens, Fountains and Some Best Places for Photography. But one is to notice the costs of food and Also The price of swimming pool is kinda like costly as compared to other, Also The place where it is located is not So Good Enough. Although, It's best for family tour if You Have Some extra money I hope this helps

I would advise against visiting this resort as the general manager and other staff members lack politeness. The food quality is subpar, and the rooms are not adequately clean. In particular, the GM, Anil, has been unpleasant to deal with.

It was a really bad experience. They don't have recorded lines. Over the call they said room rate less and at the time of check out they asked just double the amount. I will share the painful story later...about how the booking manager was using bad language and his rude behaviour. Each and every detail you will get.

Where do I even begin? My recent visit to the so-called resort was a complete nightmare from start to finish. If you're looking for an unforgettable disaster of an evening, then this place is for you! From the abysmal service to the revolting food, every aspect of this restaurant managed to surpass my lowest expectations. I'm not sure if the staff was intentionally trying to be rude or if they were just utterly incompetent, but either way, they managed to ruin the dining experience entirely. It took an eternity for anyone to acknowledge our presence, and even then, the server seemed more interested in chatting with their coworkers than serving our order. Throughout the evening, I had to repeatedly flag down waitstaff just to get the missing food. It was clear that customer satisfaction was at the bottom of their priority list. In conclusion, this restaurant is an absolute disgrace and an embarrassment to the concept of dining out. I implore anyone reading this review to stay as far away from this establishment as possible. Save your money, your taste buds, and your sanity by avoiding this disaster of a restaurant. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
