I joined Daksh Yoga some days ago only, but I can feel positive changes inside me within few days. Trainer is very humble, well behaved and experience. Fee is also very nominal. Highly recommendable to join.
I have recently started yoga classes at home with my friend and it's been very fruitful for me. I have slip disc and knee tendinitis. I was quite hesitant to start yoga due to my pain and discomfort but our instructor is extremely knowledgeable. I am able to do so many asanas that I thought I was never going to do again. Thank you for getting me back to the practice.

Its written in form that if student miss the class they won't provide any extra classes but what if teacher misses the class. Its mention that they take 5 classes per week but they come only 2-3. Very bad response i didn't like it
