The Staffs are very cordial and helpful as well supportive. My patient also praised the Nursing staffs and doctors very much. However the contingency staffs are of joy behaviour and maintain good ambience in the hospital. Security personnel are very strict and that's good for the hospital. Reception people are also above Mark and help the patient party very much.

Very satisfied with service of all departments specially sisters of dafodil are well trained and very lovely behavior off all staff and sisters. Very cooperative staff of corporate and reception and cash departments. Doctors are really good here. All process went well. I recomend this hospital for treatment. Thank you.

The hospital provided a very pleasant experience for all of its visitors. From the initial welcome to the patient care services, the hospital staff was very cooperative and accommodating. It is a great private hospital in our area that provides excellent care.

I admitted my Mom on last Saturday (8/7/23) for CAG under Dr. Arif Nabi Bhat with reference of Dr. Minhajuddin Khurram. I must mention that both the doctors where the bestest I have ever met. They are super experienced with best attitude towards their patient as well as there relatives. Apart from the doctors there were nothing remarkable about this hospital. I can't even mention a single good thing for this hospital but can provide a list of negative points. Such as; 1. Staffs are super rude even towards a critical cardiac patient. 2. Pathetic nursing service, they don't know anything. They can't even tell you anything about the patient they are taking care of. 3. Patient are not at all being taken cared even in ICCU. Diabetic and CKD patient was getting tea with sugar, rice in dinner, big katla fish, etc etc. 4. Found many errors in billing. They were just making money from patient. 5. Rate chart is too high as per the services and the quality of amenities/ambience. I would like to mention in short, that I am not going to visit this pathetic hospital ever again in future and would suggest everyone to keep this hospital as last option or as no option!!!!!

The medical care provided by the doctors and nurses at Daffodil Hospital was exemplary. They displayed a remarkable level of expertise, always ensuring that my grandmother's well-being was the top priority.

Below average... rules & regulations are not Upto the mark. Very much slow process in every department... specially billing department is top of all the others, patient party have to clear bill in cash mode only in this digital days, no cards will be received at billing counter. Few staffs are good specially ambulance service.

Everyone is cooperative in the Hospital..am very much satisfied with the insurance processing which is very smooth.
