Daffodils Multi-Speciality Hospital - Hospital in Vasco da Gama - South Goa, India

We visited here in Emergency for my 5yr old daughter as she was suffering from severe acidity late night and had difficulty in breathing due to the burning sensation in her chest. The doctor on duty visited within 15 min checked her and ruled out reflux in her and informed us to get a Medicine from the nearby pharmacy. However the same wasn't available and so he suggested us a another one. Luckily by then she was already feeling better and had settled down a little. Overall experience was good. The hospital, doctor and staff understand the urgency of a situation. They charged us Rs-600/- and medicine additional.

The hospital facilities are good for Vasco. Doctors and nurses are polite and well behaved.However, at two different occasions I had the worst experience with the people at reception ( Post 8pm):- 1. When asked at reception whether a certain doctor's is available in the OPD, receptionist said he is not aware and asked to check if the doctors car is still parked. The security did a better job than this receptionist. 2. Came for a late night blood test. I asked the receptionist to give my number to the test lab so that I could get the reports online. To this the receptionist asked me to go find the lab person and give my number to him. When I asked him why don't you give my number to them, he started giving non sensible answers. To the management, pls keep a hold on your reception as that is the first impression that is given about the hospital.

No paediatrics department in hospital. Good facilities and service. Little expensive too

No doctors are available in emergency for any specialty mentioned at hospital rest staff available to extract money by all sorts of ways viz x ray in my case but no constructive advice from them, eventually other doc' s tele advice eliminated pain also prescribed wrong medicine.

"Gang of thugs to loot common People" . Had a bad experience with these devils. Charged me hefty amount for cesarean surgery. Almost 2.5 times of what market rate is. Also there was no space for patients attendent. Services are pathetic. For semi private room they charged private room charges. Also bills were inflated. I am sure the aim of hospital is to mint money and nothing else. Pathetic experience. Worst hospital. Thumbs down for u
