An amazing place with a trek to be accomplished before reaching out to the falls. The trek is quite challenging for first timers since it is slippery and with deep descent. We needed rope to descend but fit, athletic and experienced ppl can also do without rope. You'll have to take permission from the forest department before getting to the falls and there's an entry fee of 250 i believe. There's a house at the starting point of the trek and they'll help you with the rope and any basic needs. In monsoon water level would be quite high and would be dangerous to get into the water. Overall it's a marvelous and thrilling place to visit.
Trek level - difficult. best way to travel - BIKE. Wear trekking shoes.
Dabbe and monsoon deadly combination Need permission to visit this waterfalls. Permission can be taken from kargal forest department office. Illegal entry is restricted From the the house ( means from the parking u need to walk for 10 minutes in the paddy field and u need to get down 90deg degree into the valley one hell of an experience during monsoon) During monsoon it's quite different and hard to get down need rope and all. Visit madi enjoy madi Don't throw any plastic papers or snacks covers near the waterfalls. Be a responsible traveller/ tourist whatever you bring just carry them back aste
One of the best place for adventurers. Has to walk 2-3 km in forest to get there. Near the falls there is a single home where you should enter ur name and get rope for further progress downhill from that home. Only those who are physically fit should try this as at some places downhill one has to manage steep cliffs. And at the end the view worth all the effort u put in there.
It was really a wonderful experience. It is always hazardous when you are trekking through steepy cliffs with the help of the tree roots. Seriously this place is preferable only for youngsters. Better if you can take prior permission from forest department either at Kargal or at Kogar. Don't forget to take sufficient food and water. Beware of leeches specially during monsoon.
One of the most difficult trekking... But once you reach falls, you feel like you are in heaven... You can enjoy a lot in water fall But u should follow forest rules: U should take permission from forest department, it will be like 250rs per head Should not throw any plastic items Should not make any audio or video records U should come back before 6pm Remember: google maps will show some other place as dabbe falls... So be careful before starting your journey It will be better, if u search village name of dabbe falls by checking it on google If you are one among who loves trekking and water falls... It's place in a very nice place.. you will feel as if you are lost in jungle, but after a very challenging trek, you find a splendid view worth remember lifetime.. be aware of Leach..
