Nothing is great except ambience. Their service was so poor we just ordered 2-3 items they took 1 hour for the preparation and they first served us an appetizer after 15 to 20 minutes they gave us drinks and after repeatedly asking for more than half an hour they gave us our main course in such a tiny plate that was just so frustrating and the food was also below average. I will give my ratings in minus if possible. My experience is not good at all. I think they should try to improve. And have experienced staff or at least give them training.

Disappointed while i visited this place during summer. The AC wasn't working & they had no beverages as mentioned in the menu which added to the discomfort of the scorching summer heat. Visited during winter again which added to my utter disappointment when they had neither coffee/tea or any other beverages that can be served hot. Majority of the items from the menu are missing. Service has deteriorated eventually.

I recently dined at this cafe, and I must say, the service was incredibly disappointing. The waitress seemed completely clueless, as she came to ask for our order not once, but twice. It was evident that the cafe needs serious improvement in this area. It took an hour for our food to arrive at the table. While some dishes were decent, others were simply not worth the wait. The lack of proper cooling in the cafe during this hot weather was truly unbearable.

They take a lot of time to serve the food. The ambience of the restaurant is good. The quantity of the item is less and it doesn't justify the price. They don't serve Chinese food, however they bring it from another street joint with the same name (might belong to the same owner). We tried to order momos and chowmin but they said it would be difficult to bring the food at that time. So clearly we were not satisfied with the service.

We found hair in the biryani. The food was okay. But we wanted to eat naan, they said they won't serve naan so we ordered biryani. But later we saw that they were serving naam to the adjacent table.

The first time when it opened the food was tasty but after sometime something happened and the food taste wise has dropped considerably. It could have been a nice place to hangout but sadly it couldn't maintain its potential.
