Join only if you want personal training. They might be nice at the time of joining but as soon as you join and don't opt for personal training you'll become invisible for the trainers, every single trainer will have multiple people to train and don't even think about asking help from them. The gym fee is 2k per month, I've had way better experience from gyms that charge 500 per month than this so called high-tech gym.

Took 12 month plan and joined the gym. I've been to 8 gyms till now and the only place i felt i wasted money as staffs are all engaged with their own clients and they wont give guidance until you hire them as your personal trainer. They wont even correct you if you are doing wrong posture. Only one guy gave me directions if i ask. If he is on leave then you are on your own. Priority will given for the people who hired the trainers. We need to wait for them to finish each equipments.

The most Money Minded Gym Franchise in Kochi. Until you Join they will be very professional, Once you Join the Unprofessionalism starts. They will Guide you one day, They will force you to Join PT. Only if you have PT, They will give any Guidance. Every Trainer has their own PT target to convert, which is very Costly - They will lie whatever it takes. In a 10 hour Shift, the trainer will Train 20 people. I paid for PT, But My Trainer was always taking 3 clients every hour....Even though I paid for his hours in the 1000s. The Gym Membership itself is very Costly, For PT they will ask 600 to 1200 per hour. Then they will try to convert you into a Transformation package for 60,000 to 100,000rs I recommend nobody to Join here. There are Gym which provide Transformation for 1500rs per month. I wont recomment even my worst enemy to Join here.

I have been coming to D5n now for little over 6 months. I really enjoy the sense of community that this fitness center provides. All the coaches (especially Shanavas) are super helpful when it comes to ensuring you get in a good workout. In addition, D5n has done a great job during the pandemic helping keep all of its members informed and safe. It is a great place to workout for people at any level.

Overall Good choice. Pros : Good Location with amble parking space, Many trainers available, Affordable Rate, Good Equipment's, Neat and Revamped recently (Oct 2023) Cons : Crowded during 6PM - 9PM (Not sure about Morning), Music System is OK only.

Good place to transform your body. I like this gym very much because of it's ambience and cleanness. Need some more space and machines. Better to visit in day time, otherwise crowded

I started work out here from November 2022. I was impressed with the facilities and overall atmosphere. The gym was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of space for a variety of workouts. One thing I particularly appreciated about this gym was the friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were always available to answer questions and offer advice, but never pushy or overbearing. The trainers were experienced and skilled, and they seemed genuinely invested in helping their clients achieve their fitness goals. In addition to the equipment and staff, the gym also offered a variety of classes and programs to keep things interesting. From kickboxing, yoga Zumba etc.. to high-intensity interval training and boot camps, there was something for everyone. The class instructors were engaging and energetic, and they made even the toughest workouts fun and engaging. Overall, I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped facility with knowledgeable staff and a variety of workout options. Whether you're a seasoned gym-goer or just starting out, this gym has everything you need to achieve your fitness goals.

It was communicated multiple times with the customer review calls i received. It was never resolved, more accurately to say "ignored" i felt. I rather not waste my time and energy on explaining my disappointment with your franchise.
