This Gym is superb and it's tough to rest in there as trainers are friendly but strict, they Hate Fat and will do anything to get it burned within our body.

Good staff, great personal trainers specially Rohit,honey,Suman,Vansh,Sunjay. Front desk is also very helpful.You got all the stuff you need for a perfect workout, diet charts and workout schedule. Just an awesome gym in many different ways! :) Best gym in tricity. FYI :-- I have been working out here from more than three years.

In this gym there is nothing to say that this gym is not perfect for work out because environment of this gym was not good moreover facilities are also not sufficient.... One most main point trainer of this is not cooperative and not well trained ....
