D ZYKAA - Restaurant in Badlapur - Thane, India

The place is very lively with a good ambience, spacious seating arrangement and a perfect fine dine service. People who love Mughlai delicacies are like chicken tikka kebab and chicken tandoori, it's a must visit for them. They have become popular in Indian homes as in restaurants. For relishing the best grilled appetizers with distinct aroma, step into Urban Tandoor. They serve an assortment of non-vegetarian and vegetarian appetizers, main courses, side dishes, biryani, roti/bread, beverages and desserts for food connoisseurs. Loved all the food especially Vegetarian Egg Curry, Stuffed mushrooms and Paneer Sathay.

Food was good But I loved there Veg Dum Briyani Ambiance was good Service was good

Hello mates firstly I would like to highlight the cons of this restaurant then will come to pros..... We ordered chicken tikka in the beginning since we were quite hungry so was expecting it within 15-20 mins but thanks to steward or chef don't knw but they took their sweet and brought it in 30 mins our kids were irritated like anything. Then we ordered Manchoup soup it was but more salty then expected so our intial experience was quite unhappy. Now comes the pros part I think her name is Ms.Simmi she is owner's wife we escalated this issues for her and being such a nice fellow she has given a quick service recovery our soup was replaced immediately and the one we got now was really delicious never had such kind of soup in any restaurant. Secondly the best part is it's quite reasonable so I am sure everyone can afford it easily, lastly I would like end up saying my feedback is IT'S HIGHLY RECOMMENDED RESTAURANT IN BADLAPUR EVEN THOUGH IT'S BIT INSIDE FROM HIGHWAY BUT IT'S WORTH GOING. we have been to KINARA DHABA, MINI PUNJAB GRILL AND SO MANY FINE DONE RESTAURANTS BUT THE FOOD OVER HERE IS IN COMPARISON TO THEM AT A VERY LOWER COST. Kudos to the Team and keep up the hardwork like this I am sure sooner you will cover Bombay region as well.

Average place, Good for one time visit. Not much to say as this place is very neutral kind of place., The food is not that great or fresh as well as the ambiance. Food served was not upto the mark. Some of them might feel bit uncomfortable as it is based in the basement.

Food quality is really good, but staff haven't manners to how give service to customers....

Will never visit this place not because of food but the behaviour of the owner. Ordered chicken manchow soup and guess, there's a hell lot of garlic pieces in the soup and chicken is nowhere realising like a garlic manchow soup. We complain to the owner and guess what he says, garlic is Rs. 200/- kg and we are giving you more garlic that's awesome....people ask me to give more garlic. Then the epic speech continues from him....you should have told to add less garlic. I was like abbe bhai tu kya bol rha hai samaz bhi aa raha hai? Tune kya board lagaya hai kya bahar that we add more garlic and instruct before serving to add less garlic. Spoiled all the mood. It's just a simple statement that we expect....sorry sir, apology for the bad experience we will definitely look into this and improve next time. Definitely will not go to this place again.

Food taste is good , loved their veg kolhapuri and chicken masala must try over all good food

Disgusting food way too much oil ,the polythene bag had the oil dripping out that settled at the bottom there was almost a bowl ful of oil I removed, most of the time the food items wanted are not available I had to wait an hour and 15 minutes more cuz they got my order wrong it is completely unacceptable ,look at that oil
