It was very plesant and very very comfortable stay. The owners of the villa are very good and communicative and very loving. The rooms are very neat and clean and everything that you have in your home is there in the villa, its clean and good quality sanitation to grt location. Overall a wonderful experience. Time spend was worth here
The perfect budget friendly home stay very authentic maintained and clean even there is a kitchen so that all kitchen appliances can use for free and only 150mtrs for beach view where u can feel like private beach beacuse humans will spot there rearly. Must try home stay
House was good. But they said they will provide AC but they asked for full payment once reaching the location itself and they did not provide AC after taking money and asked extra 1000 for it. It was a hot summer and roofs are very low and fans wont help you so ac was necessary thing. and cost is very high. So be care full do'nt pay completely.
Wow great place to hang out with gang, just 50mts walk to beach and it's peaceful with very minimal people, stay is too calm and lot of greenery, it's like a typical old house, with good infrastructure, owner is very much cooperative and friendly, food can be ordered from Zomato and swiggy and also there is a kitchen to cook food, over all its a good place to spend so quality time with loved once.
Big scam house. Charging 1000Rs extra for AC , which was not said prior to booking. Don't recommend to anyone, nearby you can get much cheaper accomodation, with AC. I don't know how this homestay got other good review.

It was indeed a great and fun loving atmosphere..luvly place to relax in the antique cottage +70years old which is very well maintained spacious nd with sharing kitchen facility if required and if not a restaurant by the name of Hotel Karthik who delivers food at the door step with good quality nd quantity at reasonable price nd lot of space for the kids to enjoy with Someshwar beach just across the road approx 3 minutes walk frm D Square...the owners Divya and Rohit Bangera were also available @ any given point of time for any issues with a solution if at all faced at their resort ...Our family had a wonderful time...Memories till our next visit to Mangalore...it is a recommendation to visit this place with serenity with nature..
