Close to the bus stand.. The rooms are good.. Ample car parking is available.. The maintenance of the rooms is good.. Service staff are polite and professional.. The hotel is located in the busiest centres and almost close to all important locations of the city Overall it's a good stay with family

Worst experience ever.. they provide 20 Rs MRP water bottle and charge 45 rs to the customer.. manager at the restaurant was the worst person who does not know anything about dignity. He argues like a downgraded person and does not feel ashamed for his behavior. He says. We are running 3 star restaurant and said it will be like this in the rudest possible way. When asked about theatres mrp pricing for water bottle.. He just said.. we will run the hotel this way and asked us to compliant on the hotel and try to close it, as if that hotel belongs to him

No basic standards at all. Only ground floor reception is well cleaned rest all amenities are waste. No proper maintenance.. Bathrooms are not hygiene better choose some other option around

After reviewing other people's reviews, I felt I had stayed at a different hotel. OK, I didn't sample the food here. Even after the renovations, the finishing isn't that good for a five or four star hotel. The couches on every floor are very old and are in need of some TLC. The picture in my room has been hung 90deg, which made me laugh. When using the sockets it's not possible to switch them on as the plugs are overlap the switches. The shower area has no screen/curtains so the area is wet once you step out of the shower. There is no mini bar. No spoon to make your tea/coffee. The round table was unstable. Main curtains had some hooks missing or just not hooked in. One of the towels provided was very old and torn. There were two side lights, one was slightly angled. 1 was very dusty. WIFI is free, the user ID and PW will be sent to your mobile phone, but each time you go outside the hotel, you need to ask for it again. In one day I had to ask 3 times. A/C was great! The bed was clean and I had a good night sleep. As the hotel is near the main road you can be woken by the traffic noise. However, we slept through that. I have been to a few Indian hotels, but this one is in a league of it's own.

I hd the buffet lunch, the cleanliness and food service is not at all good. The overall experience is not upto the mark. Even the staff is not polite.

Service in board room was not good , food quality need to be improved Dr utthama is top in hotel and food was the name , now to bring name again need team with integrated effort

It is one of the top lodging facility in Nellore with good maintenance. Good lounge for meetings, birthday functions.

Dont choose veg buffet on weekends, hardly no options available. For non-veg the options are good but veg is worst here
