I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent medical services I received at your hospital. I sought an appointment with Dr. but unfortunately, I found that there was a considerable wait time for consultations. Furthermore, the fees for the services were exorbitant.
Upon consulting with Dr. I was advised to undergo physiotherapy at your hospital. Regrettably, my experience with the physiotherapy services provided by your facility was far from satisfactory. The therapy staff did not come across as professional, and I did not perceive any noticeable improvement in my condition. This has left me dissatisfied with the overall quality of care I received at your hospital.
I believe that the high fees for services should correspond with a superior level of care and professionalism, but my experience has left me with a negative impression of your hospital. I hope you will consider this feedback to improve the quality of your services and provide a better experience for your patients in the future.
Doctor Mukherjee is a very good and experienced doctor and we have had a good treatment at the hospital.
The nursing staff and the other staff is also very good and caring.
Really love Dr Mukherji and the staff's behaviour. Best of treatment provided with very reasonable rates. This hospital is known for quality care. Really happy with this hospital overall.
Never visit dr Mukherjee as he will examine you only for 2 second , then you need to go for Xray and MRI.
unnecessary MRI 's will be done and not even a single medicine will be given.

Untill and unless he will earn lakhs of rupees from you he will not give you treatment.

Smell is everywhere in hospital, except reception area. This can b easily improved. Management must focus on it. Washroom in semi private ward no 110 is not equipped with exhaust fan, leading to very bad smell.
